Barbara Martin:
Working independently since 1989, Barbara Martin is the principal graphic designer for Studio 1292. After graduating in 1987 from the Pennsylvania College of Art and Design, Barbara worked for an advertising agency for two years. Since then, she has been freelancing for a variety of advertising agencies, businesses, and organizations all over the Lancaster, Lebanon, York, Reading, and Harrisburg area. In 2001, Barbara and her husband Steve began their own design business out of their home in Lititz, PA, focusing on all print-related and electronically crafted designs. Barbara is proficient in Mac-based software, including Adobe In-Design, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Quark XPress. She designs nearly all types of products, including newsletters, fliers, brochures, banners and signage, and displays. Some of the notable clients for whom Barbara has designed products include Landmark Homes (Ephrata, PA), Farmer Boy Agricultural Systems (Myerstown, PA), Global Disciples (Lancaster, PA), Lititz Area Mennonite School (Lititz, PA), Ephrata Mennonite Church (Ephrata, PA), Signature Custom Cabinetry (Ephrata, PA), and Messiah College (Grantham, PA).

Steve Martin:
What initially began as a hobby for Steve has grown into a passion for design. While Barbara designs much of the graphics for the creations of Studio 1292, Steve pulls the designs together to create nearly all the electronic presentation, website design, and multimedia productions. Steve is self-taught in all the multimedia software and is currently furthering his software training online due to the ever-changing nature of electronically-based design software. What Barb creates on paper, Steve transforms into an electronic reality.
